The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of a new comprehensive medical rehabilitation program in children with idiopathic scoliosis, muscular torticollis and spina bifida. A study was conducted involving three cohorts of patients undergoing rehabilitation according to individualized programs, including kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, manual techniques and psycho-emotional support. The data obtained indicate a significantly higher clinical and functional effectiveness of the integrated approach compared to standard treatment.
