This review article is devoted to the analysis of modern methods of therapy and rehabilitation of patients with vertebrogenic pain syndrome. Both conservative methods, including corseting and manual therapy, and surgical interventions aimed at correcting deformities of the spine and surrounding tissues are considered. The article presents data from the latest studies conducted by both foreign and domestic authors, which allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of various approaches and identify promising areas for further research. The review will be useful for pediatricians, orthopedists, neurologists and rehabilitation specialists involved in the treatment of children and adolescents with vertebrogenic pain syndromes.
