In this article we described neuromotor diseases, including damage to the central and peripheral nervous system, such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, spine, joints and limbs, as well as various deformities such as kyphosis, lordosis, flat feet and other disorders. In Uzbekistan, the prevalence of peripheral nervous system diseases among children and adolescents under 14 years of age is 140 cases per 100,000 population, of which 64 are primary. Important causes of neuropathies are radiation, surgical interventions, improper fixation of limbs, and post-injection complications. The article considers the mechanisms of damage, including mononeuritis caused by injections, and also classifies mononeuropathies into primary and secondary, caused by pathological changes in muscles and nerve tissues. The mechanism of post-injection neuropathy, which can lead to compression of nerves and blood vessels, causing ischemia and damage to nerve fibers, is described in detail. The article also discusses various methods for diagnosing neuropathies, including clinical tests and electromyography (EMG).
