Annotatsiya

The review considers modern approaches to clinical and genetic diagnostics of patients with Parkinsonism. Particular attention is paid to a comparative analysis of changes occurring in the condition of patients before and after brain neurostimulation. Key diagnostic methods, including molecular genetic studies, and their role in a personalized approach to treatment are highlighted. The results of the effects of neurostimulation on clinical manifestations of the disease and quality of life of patients, as well as genetic predispositions that may influence the therapeutic outcome are discussed. This review aims to improve the understanding of the pathogenesis of Parkinsonism and optimize existing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
