Based on an analysis of coronavirus infection epidemic data, neurologists explain in the scientific literature that cognitive and psychoemotional disorders in the delayed period return as a complication of the disease. Therefore, it is important to choose the right tactics for patient management and to monitor neurological symptoms and early and late consequences of COVID-19 complications. basic recommendations on tactics of management of specific groups of patients with systemic diseases are given.
