Modern food chemistry and folk medicine focus on creating biologically active supplements based on natural antioxidants. The study analysed the antioxidant properties of hazelnut, cinnamon, and barberry extracts. The results showed that mixing these substances enhances their antioxidant activity. This research provides valuable information for developing supplements based on natural antioxidants.
