This article is dedicated to determining the content of water-soluble vitamins in quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) leaf extract using the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. Quince leaves have long been widely used in traditional medicine, and various biologically active chemical compounds have been identified in their composition. During the study, the HPLC method was used to quantify vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, PP, B12, and C, and their biological significance was analyzed. The obtained results scientifically confirm the medicinal properties of quince leaves and highlight their potential applications in medicine and the pharmaceutical industry.
