Micro and macro elements in the plant of common coltsfoot were determined. Solutions with concentrations of 500 μg/l, 100 μg/l and 10 μg/l were prepared by diluting standard solution of 61 elements in the plant with concentration of 10 mg/l in 2% HNO3, and calibration line was created using ultrapure water.
