The elemental composition of the leaves, flowers and roots of Taraxacum officinale WIGG was studied using optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled argon plasma and showed that the dominant elements are K, Na, Mg, Ca, Fe, Si and Ni. all parts of the studied object were collected in the city of Fergana, Fergana region. The experiments showed that this plant is rich in macro- and microelements. The data obtained indicate that all parts of the T. officinale plant are a promising source of mineral elements and can be used to develop new food additives.
