Annotatsiya

The paper focuses on the study of methods of teaching a foreign language, aimed at activating the cognitive process of students and the development of communicative communication skills. Traditional methods of teaching, the history of their development, methods of problem-based learning as an effective means of teaching foreign languages are considered. The article presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of traditional and non-traditional communication methods, and identifies their advantages and disadvantages.
