Study of photoelectric parameters of solar elements based on CsPbI3 perovskite prepared different ways

Annotatsiya

In this work, study of photovoltaic parameters of a perovskite (CsPbI3) film prepared by adding hydroiodic acid (HI acid) to perovskite solution, as well as changes in the properties of integrated structures of perovskite solar cells based on CsPbI3 perovskite film. The possibility of evaluating structural changes in CsPbI3 perovskite solar cells by adding oxidized and nonoxidized HI acid to the perovskite solution has been demonstrated. The maximum value of the power сonversion еfficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells based on perovskite CsPbI3 obtained by adding non-oxidized HI acid is 7.5%, and the maximum value of PCE in perovskite solar cells at adding oxidized HI acid is 5.4%. The study of the fill factor also indicated that the oxidation state of HI acid has unsatisfying influence on the quality of the CsPbI3 perovskite film, which is related to the amount of defective of the perovskite film.
