Non-functioning pituitary adenomas (NFPAs) are tumors that do not secrete hormones and can cause significant neurological and functional impairment. Despite the lack of endocrine activity, NFPAs can lead to compression of adjacent brain structures, causing headaches, visual impairment, and hypopituitarism. This article discusses the clinical manifestations of NFPAs.
