In this state, the data of orthokeratological lens analysis and control of the progression of close-sightedness are detected. The aim of the study is to summarize and critically evaluate the clinical data on the efficacy and safety of orthokeratology lenses for slowing the progression of myopia in children, with an emphasis on changes in axial length and refraction compared with alternative and combination methods, including low-concentration atropine eye drops.мMaterials and methods of the study. A targeted review of the literature over the past ten years was conducted in international and regional databases, including PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar.
