The pathology of the aortic root is one of the most pressing and complex issues in modern clinical practice, characterized by an extremely high mortality rate, which can reach approximately 90% in cases of aortic aneurysm rupture. Although a significant amount of scientific literature is already dedicated to this topic, the challenge of systematizing and comprehensively analyzing existing approaches to treating aortic root pathologies remains relevant. This review aims to summarize recent advancements and analyze future prospects in the treatment of aortic root aneurysms.
