This article analyzes data from 46 patients with valgus deformity of the elbow joint who underwent two types of surgical interventions based on the severity of the deformity, the duration of the injury, and the age of the patients. The first group of patients (n=16) underwent corrective osteotomy of the humerus above the condyles and osteosynthesis using the Ilizarov apparatus, while the second group (n=30) underwent pseudarthrosis resection and corrective osteotomy of the humerus above the condyles with osteosynthesis using the Ilizarov apparatus and screws. These methods contribute to the formation of the distal part of the humerus and the restoration of elbow joint function.
