This article examines a comprehensive approach to assessing the quality of higher education. An analysis was conducted based on graduate surveys, artificial intelligence assessment criteria, and informatics teaching tools. The results revealed that graduates are partially prepared for independent work; the main quality factors are teacher competence, material resources, and practical experience. Fuzzy modeling allows for accurate evaluation of imprecise indicators, while computer modeling enables analysis and optimization. The proposed approach serves to intellectualize quality monitoring and enhance graduate preparation. For future prospects, it is recommended to develop hybrid systems that combine fuzzy logic and machine learning.
