According to the literature, the lack of clear clinical manifestations of urolithiasis and calculous pyelonephritis in children is the cause of diagnostic errors in 8 - 32% of cases. The aim of the study was to identify the features of the clinical course of urolithiasis in children hospitalized for emergency indications. The results of clinical and laboratory diagnostics of 158 patients with emergency pathology of the kidneys and urinary organs were analyzed. According to the data obtained, the main clinical signs of urolithiasis (Url) in children were identified when they were admitted on an emergency basis.
