The article examines the effectiveness of laparoscopic methods for treating cystic kidney tumors. We analyzed 128 patients who underwent laparoscopic decapsulation (64.8%), resection (25%), and nephrectomy (10.2%). The average duration of operations was 45-130 minutes, blood loss - 50-240 ml, complications were noted in 5.4% of patients. The average hospitalization period was 3.1 days, with relapses detected in 3.1% of cases. Laparoscopic interventions demonstrated high efficacy, minimal trauma, and a low risk of complications.
