The article presents the results of a study of the technical aspects of endovideosurgical hernioplasty for postoperative ventral hernias. A comparative analysis of the use of standard and modified trocars with air chambers was conducted. It was found that the use of modified trocars can significantly reduce the duration of operations, minimize pneumoperitoneum leakage and increase the efficiency of implant fixation. The laparoscopic method of hernioplasty has shown advantages over the open method, including reduced surgery time, decreased severity of postoperative pain, earlier patient activation and a decrease in the incidence of complications. The implementation of the proposed technical solutions helps to improve the results of surgical treatment of small and medium sized ventral hernias.
