Varicose veins are one of the most common chronic diseases of the venous system, requiring effective treatment methods to prevent progression and complications. This study provides a comparative analysis of endovenous laser coagulation (EVLK), phlebectomy, sclerotherapy and conservative therapy based on data from 188 patients treated in the 1st surgical department of the central hospital of the Samarkand City Medical Association from 2021 to 2023. The results of the phenomenon show that EVLT has a number of significant advantages: minimal blood loss (15.7 ± 3.2 ml), short duration of surgery (35.2 ± 6.7 min), severity of pain syndrome (2.8 ± 1.1 points on VAS), shortened period of hospitalization (1.2 ± 0.4 days) and rapid recovery (1.5 ± 0.5 weeks). The recurrence rate 12 months after EVLT was only 1.2%, which is significantly lower compared to phlebectomy (5.9%), sclerotherapy (17.6%) and conservative treatment (32.4%). The obtained data confirm the effectiveness of treatment and the safety of EVLK, which allows them to be considered as a method of choice in the treatment of varicose veins
