A comparison of bitter almond and cold - pressed wild almond oils was carried out using inductively coupled argon plasma emission spectrometric elemental analysis and chromatographic analysis of fatty acids. It has been established that the composition of oil is rich in macro - (Ca, Na, Al, P, K) and microelements (Fe, Cu, Zn, Se, Mn, Co, Ni). The physical and chemical properties of oil were measured. Analysis of heavy metals was carried out.
