Sibutramine is a highly effective treatment for obesity and overweight. Sibutramine is included in the list of potent substances in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and this drug is administered strictly according to the doctor's prescription. In recent years, there has been an increase in the detection of sibutramine in the composition of dietary suplements (DS) with anoxigenic properties. In this regard, one of the pressing issues is the quality control of dietary supplements and the development of effective analytical methods for determining sibutramine in their composition, as well as the prevention of illegal trafficking in dietary supplements. The study was carried out using chromatography-mass spectrometry Drug_universal_ctl. As the object of the study, 10 types of multicomponent dietary supplements of complex composition of plant origin were used. As a result of the study, it was found that all 10 samples contain a potent substance - sibutramine.
