Annotatsiya

In this article, the amount of vitamins in the juice and seeds of the bitter watermelon planted in the salty and hilly soil environment of Andijan region was determined and compared and presented in the form of tables and diagrams. The amount of vitamins was studied by the method of high-performance liquid chromatography.
