The problems associated with the use of classification of PVC products and waste in practice have been identified and the causes of their occurrence have been studied. The processes of classification of PVC products and waste, as well as their compositions with flame retardants with correct identification based on TIF TN, have been simplified. New code numbers have been installed for PVC compounds with flame retardants.
