In this article, the use of plant species belonging to the genus Lagotis in folk medicine, its botanical description, as well as the biological description of Lagotis korolkowii plant, its distribution, the total amount of ash in the plant and the amount of trace elements were determined by the method of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES). Macro and micro elements such as Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Na, Al, Cu, Mn, Zn, Sr were detected in the sample. Before making a final conclusion, it was suggested to check this herb for other chemical components.
