In the article, for the effective use of bran, waste of grain plants grown in Uzbekistan, based on their chemical analysis, the expansion of the scope of use is considered. The antioxidant activity (AO) of adrenaline was determined in vitro based on the prevention of the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by phytochemical analysis of bran samples from mid-season Alekseich wheat and local variety corn. The antioxidant activity of the samples was expressed as percentage (AF%). Based on the types of bran from the listed plants that have high antioxidant activity, it has been suggested that they may represent a biologically active compound that can be used in traditional medicine.
