Essential oil from coriander fruit was obtained by steam distillation. Its content was 1,25%. As a result of studying the isolated essential oil using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, 10 compounds belonging to 7 different classes of organic compounds were found in its composition. Among them, the content of 3-carene (74,84%), γ-terpinene (8,03%), α-Ocimene (6,12%), camphor (5,91%), L-limonene (2,11%), o-cymene (1,05%) was more.
