It substantiates that the effective organization of inclusive education is not only the responsibility of the physical education teacher, but also the result of cooperation among the teacher, tutor, special education specialist, psychologist, medical worker, and parents. The article examines the creation of a barrier-free, safe, and developmental environment in physical education lessons for students with special educational needs, the differentiation of physical exercises, the adapted use of sports equipment, assessment based on studentsʼ individual abilities, and the formation of an inclusive environment within the family. In addition, a sample adapted 45-minute physical education lesson for grades 5–9 is proposed.
