This article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the psychological state of qualified weightlifters during pre-competition preparation. The study examined athletesʼ stress levels, motivation indicators, self-control ability, and parameters of psychological stability. Based on the obtained data, the dynamics of the psychological state during the stages of pre-competition preparation were identified, and practical recommendations aimed at improving athletesʼ mental stability were developed.
