The article presents the results of a study on the level of knowledge and skills in information and communication technologies (ICT) among sports coaches attending advanced training courses. The results were obtained through questionnaire surveys, testing, and pedagogical observation. It was found that the ICT competencies of the sports coaches who participated in the study were mainly at an intermediate level. Based on these findings, the need to improve the quality of the educational process in digital technologies within advanced training courses is scientifically substantiated.
