This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of effective management of sports clubs operating within educational institutions. The study analyzes the current state, management systems, and operational effectiveness of sports clubs established in general secondary schools and higher education institutions, as well as reforms implemented in this field in recent years. The analysis identifies key challenges in the functioning of sports clubs, including insufficient financial resources, a shortage of qualified coaches, and underdeveloped systems of monitoring and control. To address these challenges and enhance the effectiveness of sports club activities, the article proposes an organizational and managerial model based on an innovative approach.
