Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the psychological foundations of sociolinguistic competence in a philosophical and ethical context, based on the views of Eastern and Western thinkers about human speech, communication culture, and moral values. The ideas of ancient philosophers such as Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Confucius, Laozi, and Zoroaster regarding speech culture, etiquette, and morality are systematically compared with modern sociolinguistic concepts and theories in terms of their spiritual, moral, and psychological interrelations. Furthermore, the analysis includes aspects of their philosophical views relevant to modern-day sports activities. The research results indicate the vital role of psychological factors rooted in philosophical reflection and ethical values in the process of shaping sociolinguistic competence.
