Annotatsiya

This article describes the need for regular formation in a sufficiently symmetrical order of the integrative function of the nerve centers (cerebellum, diencephalon, medulla oblongata and spinal cord, kinetic and vestibular analyzers) that control the coordination of static and dynamic movements. This is based on real (true) indicators of balance stability in various static positions and vestibulokinetic modes in 7-8 year old table tennis players, recorded at the beginning of the training year.
