Modern preschool education plays an important role in children's development, combining educational and health-improving tasks. The system is based on individual approach, game activity, comprehensive development, and interactive methods. Health work includes physical development, balanced nutrition, tempering, disease prevention, and forming healthy habits. An important aspect is cooperation with parents aimed at strengthening children's health. Thus, preschool education not only teaches but also lays the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
