Use of cultural brands in the foreign policy of kyrgyzstan, taking into account the factor of the uzbek diaspora

Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the use of Kyrgyzstan's cultural brands (the epic “Manas”, the World Nomad Games, the heritage of Ch.Aitmatov) as “soft power” tools in foreign policy. Special attention is paid to the factor of the Uzbek diaspora in the Kyrgyz Republic as a natural bridge for bilateral and regional interaction. Based on the theories of neofunctionalism and new regionalism, the author explores the mechanisms of the influence of cultural cooperation on political rapprochement and the strengthening of regional solidarity in Central Asia. The relevance of the work is due to the need to verify the instruments of “soft power” of the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of the strategy of regional solidarity of Uzbekistan. The relevance of this study stems from the need to verify Kyrgyzstan's soft power instruments in the context of Uzbekistan's regional solidarity strategy. This article attempts to analyze the use of Kyrgyzstan's cultural brands in foreign policy through the lens of regionalist theories and assess the potential of the Uzbek diaspora as a factor in strengthening Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations and regional stability. The conclusion presents practical recommendations for the foreign policy departments of Uzbekistan on integrating diaspora potential into the strategy of building a “space of trust”.
