This article analyzes the role of young leaders' social capital in modern management processes. The concept of social capital has been theoretically illuminated by authoritative scholars such as P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, and R. Patnam, and the article examines how these views influence the effectiveness of management through the social networks of young leaders, the atmosphere of trust, the ability to cooperate, and access to resources. It was concluded that a high level of social capital in young managers is an important factor in improving intra-organizational relationships, an innovative approach, and the quality of decision-making. Based on the analysis of the article, recommendations are given on the development of the social capital of young managers in practice.
