This article analyzes the position of women in Uzbekistan's scientific sphere, highlighting their significant contribution to the development of science. It presents statistical data on the number of women who have received academic degrees, as well as their representation in the Academy of Sciences. Current challenges faced by female scientists, such as gender stereotypes, difficulties in combining academic career and family responsibilities, are highlighted. Along with this, the article examines the development prospects and ways to solve existing problems aimed at creating favorable conditions for the full realization of women's potential in science.
