Today, it is necessary to adopt new systemic measures to eradicate all manifestations of corruption, its causes and conditions, as well as further development of the anti-corruption system, a scientific approach to this issue and conducting various studies. The article analyzes the theoretical, social and legal foundations of the author's research on increasing the role of the "compliance control" system in the fight against corruption. The article also provides comments on the concept of corruption and analyzes sources on the fight against corruption. In addition, the legal basis for anti-corruption activities is disclosed, the rules on liability for corruption are analyzed, as well as the importance of public opinion in the fight against corruption.
