The article examines the main issues related to women’s external and internal labor migration. Special attention is given to the legal aspects affecting the employment of migrant women, as well as to the factors determining their participation in migration processes. Cooperation with foreign employers and companies, along with the specifics of concluding labor contracts with foreign countries in accordance with current labor legislation, is analyzed. The article also highlights the problems of employing women migrants and outlines ways to improve the legal and organizational frameworks that ensure lawful and safe labor activity abroad.
