Currently, there is a need for in-depth studies to study the peculiarities of teaching the course in the style of the English language to philology students. It is in the process of teaching English that the course of stylistics leads to the solution of complex problems: the acquisition of fundamental philological knowledge by students; mastering speech activity in the target language; speaking skills in the target language; formation of professional skills and abilities in teaching and translation; acquisition and mastery of cultural knowledge.
