The article presents reviews of women managers about specific management styles, psychological characteristics, and their manifestations. Gender differences in leadership, personal qualities of male and female managers, managerial capabilities, issues of creating a socio-psychological image of a modern female manager require a number of studies. Such human qualities as the ability to listen, the culture of treatment, restraint, justice, openness, sincerity, politeness, straightforwardness, responsiveness, elegance, responsibility in women form the basis of their image.
