This article focusses on the main properties of the terms and terminology based on Uzbek-Englishconstructional terms. There areseveral properties ofconstructional termsand terminology. According to the research, one of the main distinguishing quality of theterms is the international character.Also,another mentioning features of the terms is their need for definition,explanation or interpretation.In the studies carried out in our country on the further development and improvement of the state language, it is still observed that the terms related to the construction industry are used in Russian, and they are also taught in Russianeven in educational institutions.many architectural terms have no direct equivalents in other languages. This is especially true for terms that refer to specific construction methods, materials, or design concepts that are unique to a particular culture or region. Translators must carefully analyze the context and meaning behind these terms to find the most appropriate translation.
