This article examines the analysis of physical quality indicators in 14–16-year-old female boxers during the pre-competition preparation period. The study investigated coachesʼ professional activities through a questionnaire survey and analyzed the factors influencing the athletesʼ level of physical and technical-tactical preparedness. It is substantiated that the rational organization and management of training loads, as well as the purposeful use of effective methods and means in the training process, contribute to improving the competitive performance of young female boxers.
