This article presents a comparative analysis of the differentiation of annual training load in 14–15-year-old weightlifters using the example of an experimental group (EG) and a control group (CG). The study compares the main parameters of the training process, including the number of barbell lifts (NBL), the ratio of general physical training (GPT) to special physical training (SPT), load distribution by intensity zones, the number of attempts, and the structure of training sessions. In the EG, the annual NBL amounted to 9000–10000 lifts, while the share of SPT was 50%. In the CG, the NBL was 1200 lifts, and the share of GPT reached 75%. The analysis of intensity zones showed that load distribution in the EG became progressively more complex in accordance with the developmental patterns of young athletes. In particular, the fact that the medium-weight intensity zone reached 40% among 15-year-old athletes in the EG indicates a high level of neuromuscular adaptation. The results of the study scientifically substantiate the superiority of the differentiated load model over the traditional model in improving the effectiveness of sports training.
