This article presents a scientific and legal analysis of the concepts of legal nihilism and legal idealism, their interrelationship, distinctive features, and correlation. Particular attention is paid to the influence of these legal phenomena on the development of legal awareness and legal culture, the promotion of the rule of law, and the challenges arising in law enforcement practice.
