The article examines the pedagogical and technological aspects of developing e-learning resources (ELR) in the context of modern digitalization. The research is dedicated to creating an interactive ELR for the "Databases" topic in Computer Science based on the ADDIE model and experimentally testing its effectiveness. The results confirm the effectiveness of the ELR in increasing students' knowledge acquisition and cognitive activity compared to traditional methods.
