The article analyzes the processes of modernization of military courts in New Uzbekistan during 2017–2025. It highlights the reforms implemented in the judicial and legal system, including ensuring the independence of military courts, introducing the principle of “one court – one instance,” forming the corps of judges, and strengthening the material and technical base. The article also reveals the importance of these reforms in improving the efficiency of justice.
