This article provides a systematic analysis of the activities of military courts in the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2001–2016, focusing on the appointment of judges, their professional development, and certification processes. The article also comprehensively examines issues related to judges’ disciplinary liability, vacancies in judicial positions, the incentive system, as well as problems in personnel training and professional development.
