This article analyzes the importance of effectively organizing physical education classes and extracurricular activities for students with disabilities in higher education institutions, as well as the current challenges in organizing these sessions. Proposals and recommendations have been developed to create comprehensive conditions for young people with disabilities to engage in adaptive physical education and sports within educational institutions.
