This article investigates the representation of the concept of “knowledge” in lexical and phraseological units of the English and Uzbek languages from a comparative linguocognitive perspective. The study identifies key lexical items and phraseological expressions that verbalize the concept of knowledge and analyzes their semantic fields, cultural connotations, and conceptual metaphors, such as knowledge as light, knowledge as power, and knowledge as wealth. The findings reveal both universal features and culturally specific characteristics in the conceptualization of knowledge in English and Uzbek.
